Magic is alive and well in the world, inside beings known as Majiks. By completing a Majik's trial, a Witch can gain its power. However, only women can become Witches or use magical items. All that changes one day when a young man named Ichi turns the world on its head by defeating an infamous Majik and gaining its magical powers!

While Ichi and Team Desscaras face off against Togeice in the Majik-hunting contest, Ichi is stopped in his tracks by the worst murderous intent he has ever felt--the World-Hater Majik. This Majik is the number one enemy of not only the Witches' Association but all life, and they are staring Ichi square in the face. Desscaras joins the fray, showing just why she is known as the most powerful Witch of their era.
